MALTA FREEPORTS ACT (CAP. 334)
Freeports (Substitution of Schedule) Order, 2008
IN virtue of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Malta Freeports
Act, the Prime Minister has made the following Order>–
1. This Order may be cited as the Freeports (Substitution of
Schedule) Order, 2008.
2. For the Schedule to the Malta Freeports Act, there shall be substituted the Schedule as reproduced in the Schedule to this Order.
3. The substitution of the Schedule effected in virtue of article 3 of this Order was approved by Resolution of the House of Representatives on the 23rd January, 2008.

Citation.

Substitutes Schedule to Malta Freeports Act.

Approval by Resolution of House of Representatives.
