Amends regulation 10 of
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 26(1) and 33 of the Malta Film Commission Act, the Minister for Finance, the Economy and Investment, has made the following regulations:
1. The title of these regulations is the Financial Incentives for the Audiovisual Industry (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Financial Incentives for the Audiovisual Industry Regulations, 2008, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".2. In regulation 10 of the principal regulations, the words “31st
