MALTA RESOURCES AUTHORITY ACT (CAP. 423)
Electricity (Amendment) Regulations, 2007
IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (1) of article
28 of the Malta Resources Authority Act, the Minister for Resources and Infrastructure, after consultation with the Malta Resources Authority has made the following regulations>–
1. The title of these regulations is the Electricity (Amendment) Regulations, 2007 and shall be read and construed as one with the Electricity Regulations, 2004 hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
2. In item 2 of Schedule I to the principal regulations, for the words “3.7 kilowatts”, there shall be substituted the words “10 kilowatts peak and less than 16 Amps per phase”.
