Notice of coming into force of the
Recognition of Professional Qualifications Regulations, 2007
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 8 of the Mutual Recognition of Qualifications Act and by virtue of the provisions of regulation 1(2) of the Recognition of Professional Qualifications Regulations, 2007, the Minister of Education, Youth and Employment has established the 1st January, 2008, as the date when all the provisions of the said Recognition of Professional Qualifications Regulations, 2007, came into force.
