MERCHANT SHIPPING ACT (CAP. 234)
Merchant Shipping (Minimum Wage) (Amendment) Regulations,
2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 122C and 374 of the Merchant Shipping Act, the Minister for Transport and Communications has made the following regulations>
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Merchant Shipping (Minimum Wage) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003, and shall be read and construed as one with the Merchant Shipping (Minimum Wage) Regulations, 2002, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

Citation and commencement.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st March,
2. In regulation 5 of the principal regulations for the words “450
US Dollars” there shall be substituted the words “465 US Dollars”.

Amends regulation

5 of the principal regulations.
