MERCHANT SHIPPING ACT (CAP. 234)
Notice of coming into force of the Merchant Shipping
(Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 374 and 375 of the Merchant Shipping Act, and in terms of regulation 1 of the Merchant Shipping (Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims) Regulations,
2003 the Minister for Transport and Communications has established the 1st March, 2004 as the date when the said regulations, published by
Legal Notice 361 of 2003 shall come into force.
