MALTA TRAVEL AND TOURISM SERVICES ACT (CAP. 409)
Fees (Tourism) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 47 of the Malta Travel and Tourism Services Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Act”, the Minister for Tourism acting on the recommendation of the Malta Tourism Authority, hereinafter referred to as “the Authority”, has made the following regulations>

Citation and commencement.

Amends the First Schedule to the principal regulations.

1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Fees (Tourism) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003, and shall be read and construed as one with the Fees (Tourism) Regulations, 2002, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January, 2003.
2. For Item 1 of PART VIII> HOUSES of the First Schedule to the principal regulations, there shall be substituted the following>
