PESTICIDES CONTROL ACT (CAP. 430)Plant Protection Products (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2007
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 5 of the Pesticides Control Act, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment has made the following regulations:-
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2007 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Plant Protection Products Regulations, 2004, hereinafter in these regulations referred to as "the principal regulations".(2) The scope of these regulations is to transpose the European Commission Directive amending Directive 91/414/EEC as regards standard phrases for special risks and safety precautions for plant- protection products.
2. Immediately after item 120 in Schedule IV of principal regulations, there shall be added the following new items:Title and scope. L.N. 115 of
2004.
