PESTICIDES CONTROL ACT (CAP. 430)
Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations, 2007
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 5 of the Pesticides Control Act, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment has made the following regulations>–
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations, 2007, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Plant Protection Products Regulations, 2004, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
(2) The scope of these regulations is to transpose Council Directive 2005#25#EC amending the Annex VI to Directive 91#414#EEC as regards plant protection products containing micro-organisms.
2. The following words shall be added after sub-regulation (3)
of regulation 6 of the principal regulations>
“and by Council Directive 2005#25#EC amending the Annex VI to Directive 91#414#EEC as regards plant protection products containing micro-organisms (Official Journal L90) and subsequent amendments”.
