POLICE LICENCES ACT (CAP. 128)Police Licences (Amendment) Regulations, 2011

Citation and commencement.

S.L. 128.01

Amends the First Schedule to the principal regulations.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Police Licences Act, the Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has made the following regulations:-

1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Police Licences (Amendment) Regulations, 2011, and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Police Licences Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 15th day of
March, 2011.

2. The heading "Amusement Machine" and item 1, and items

9 and 10 of Part I in the First Schedule to the principal regulations shall be deleted.
