PREVENTION OF FINANCIAL MARKETS ABUSE ACT, 2005 (ACT NO. IV OF 2005)
Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 1 of the Prevention of Financial Markets Abuse Act, 2005, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has established the 1st April, 2005 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
