STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT, 1980 (ACT NO. IX OF 1980)Correction of Laws Order, 2006 (Cap. 464)

Corrections to the Health Care Professions Act. Cap. 464.

Coming into force.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the following correction:

1. In the Maltese text of Part Ib of the Second Schedule of the Health Care Professions Act, cancel the words "~ertifikat ta’ Spe`jalista Mediku" and substitute therefor the words "~ertifikat ta’ Tmiem ta’ Ta]ri[ Spe`jalizzat".2. The Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has appointed the 1st February, 2006 as the date on which the correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice shall come into force.
