The Appropriation (2011) Act (Act No. Xv Of 2010)

ACT No. XV of 2010

AN ACT to appropriate a sum not exceeding one billion, nine hundred and eighty million, six hundred and eleven thousand, nine hundred and forty Euro for the service of the financial year 2011.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (2011) Act, 2010.

Appropriation.

2. A sum not exceeding one billion, nine hundred and eighty million, six hundred and eleven thousand, nine hundred and forty Euro shall be and the same is hereby charged upon the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the financial year 2011 under the Votes specified in the Schedule to this Act.
