COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (COMPOUNDING OF OFFENCES) REGULATIONS 2001

Regulation 2. Compoundable offences.

All offences under the Act and subsidiary legislations made under the Act may be compounded except offences under subsections 100(1) and 109(1) of the Act.
