COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (COMPOUNDING OF OFFENCES) REGULATIONS 2001

Regulation 4. Reduction of compound.

The chairman of the Commission may, with the consent in writing of the Public Prosecutor, on the application of the person to whom an offer to compound was made and after considering the mitigating factors submitted by that person, reduce the sum specified in the offer to compound.
