P.U.(A) 129/2000 COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (LICENSING) REGULATIONS 2000 PART III - INDIVIDUAL LICENCE
Regulation 12. Application to modify, vary or revoke the conditions of or add further conditions to an individual licence.
(1) An individual licensee may apply to the Minister -
(a) to modify, vary or revoke the special or additional conditions attached to the individual licence; and
(b) impose further special or additional conditions to the individual licence.
(2) An application made under subregulation (1) shall be in writing and shall be submitted to the Commission stating the following matters:
(a) the proposed dates wherein the proposed modification, variation or revocation or proposed additions shall become valid;
(b) the details of the proposed modification, variation, revocation or additions and the reasons for them;
(c) the prescribed fee as set out in Table A of the First Schedule; and
(d) any other details as the Commission may require.
(3) The Commission may request the applicant to provide within a specified time such further information or other document as the Commission may require.
(4) If any additional information or document required under subregulation (3) is not provided by the applicant within the time specified in the request or any extension of time granted by the Commission, the application shall be deemed to be withdrawn and shall not be further proceeded with but it shall not affect the right of the applicant to make a fresh application.
(5) The Commission shall complete processing the application within sixty days from receipt of the application or all such other relevant information including such further information or other document as may have been requested under subregulation (3) .
(6) Upon completion of processing the application, the Commission shall make a recommendation in writing to the Minister stating -
(a) whether the application should be approved with or without conditions; and
