(1) An individual licensee shall notify the Minister in writing, as soon as possible, of any change to its particulars and it shall be accompanied by a prescribed fee set out in Table A of the First Schedule.

(2) Upon the notification under subregulation (1), the Minister may require the Commission to amend the particulars of the licensee in its individual licence.
