COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (LICENSING) REGULATIONS 2000
PART III - INDIVIDUAL LICENCE

Regulation 18. Special conditions for individual licence.

An individual licence may include the following special conditions as declared by the Minister:

(a)

the individual licensee shall comply with any access undertaking provided under section 155 of the Act and registered with the Commission in accordance with section 111 of the Act; and

(

the individual licensee shall notify the Minister, in writing, of any restructuring or rationalisation of the individual licensee's corporate structure.
