(1) A class licensee shall notify the Commission in writing, as soon as possible, of any change of the particulars lodged with the registration notice and it shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee as set out in the Second Schedule.

(2) Upon the notification referred to in subregulation (1), the Commission shall amend the particulars of the class licensee in the registration notice.
