PART IV - CLASS LICENCE



Regulation 28. Network facilities provider class licensee.

(1) A person who own or provides any or all of the following network facilities may be registered as a network facilities provider class licensee:

(2) The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Commission, issue such guidelines to clarify the meaning of niche or limited purpose network facilities and all matters related to them from time to time.

(3) The guidelines issued under subregulation (2) shall be published by the Commission in the manner it deems appropriate and shall be registered in the register.

(4) For the purposes of this regulation, "provide" includes establishing, installing, operating and maintaining.
