(1) The Communications and Multimedia (Licensing) Regulations 1999 [P. U. (A) 124/99] are revoked.

(2) All licences, certificates and approvals and all actions issued, done or taken under the revoked Regulations shall be valid and effective as if issued, done or taken under these Regulations, in so far as they are consistent with the Act and the subsidiary legislation made under it, and for all intent and purposes shall be deemed to have been issued, done or taken under these Regulations and any such licence, certificate, approval or action shall be valid until expiry or revocation.
