COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (LICENSING) REGULATIONS 2000
PART III - INDIVIDUAL LICENCE

Regulation 9. Matters for consideration for individual licence.

The Commission shall, in making the recommendation to the Minister for an individual licence to be granted to the applicant, consider amongst other matters, the following:

(a)

whether the applicant is ineligible to apply for an individual licence under regulation 5;

(

the applicable special licence conditions;

(c)

the period of the licence;

(

such other matters as the Minister may deem fit and necessary.
