COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (SPECTRUM) REGULATIONS 2000
PART IV - SPECTRUM ASSIGNMENT
A spectrum assignment shall be valid for a period of twenty years or such lesser period as may be specified in the spectrum assignment.
