Neither the Government nor the Commission shall be responsible for an infringement of any law arising in connection with an apparatus assigned under the Act or these Regulations or occasioned by the use of the apparatus and the relevant assignment holder shall indemnify the Government and the Commission against any action, claim or demand for loss or damage arising out of any infringement of laws as a result of the usage of the apparatus by the assignment holder.
