COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (RATES) RULES 2002

Rule 12. Connection fee.

The subscriber shall pay a connection fee in respect of connecting an exchange line to a fixed access device which shall not exceed the rate as prescribed in paragraph 4 of the First Schedule.
