COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (RATES) RULES 2002

Rule 15. Remission of sums due.

An applications service provider providing PSTN shall refund any sums paid by a subscriber under these Rules by reason of any errors or omission committed by the applications service provider.
