COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (RATES) RULES 2002

Rule 16. Non-liability of Government and Commission.

The Government and the Commission shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of—

(a)

any interruption or failure of communications;

(b)

any failure or error in connection with the taking or giving of messages;

(c)

any omission or insertion of or error in any entry in a directory published by the applications service provider providing PSTN.
