All agreements made and executed between an applications service provider providing PSTN and a subscriber and all actions done or taken under the Telephone Regulations 1996 [P.U. (A) 256/96] shall be valid and effective as if issued, done or taken under these Rules, in so far as they are consistent with the Act, and any agreement made pursuant thereto shall be valid until expiry or revocation.
