COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA (RATES) RULES 2002

Rule 4. Charge for effective call.

(1) An applications service provider providing PSTN shall only charge a subscriber for an effective call.

(2) An applications service provider providing PSTN or public cellular services shall provide access to emergency services at no charge to a subscriber.
