Regulation 32. Non-compliance with the International Telecommunication Convention, etc.

Where the Commission or a registered certifying agency, as the case may be, is satisfied that a holder of a certificate of proficiency has failed to comply with the International Telecommunication Convention, the Act or any subsidiary legislation made under the Act, it may suspend or cancel the certificate of proficiency of the holder.
