COPYRIGHT (APPLICATION TO OTHER COUNTRIES) REGULATIONS 1990

Regulation 1. Citation, commencement and publication.

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Copyright (Application to Other Countries) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on the 1st October 1990.

(2) These Regulations shall, unless provided, apply in relation to works made before the commencement of these Regulations as they apply in relation to works made thereafter.
