PART II - SECRETARIAT

Regulation 3. Secretariat to the Tribunal.

(1) There shall be a Secretariat to the Tribunal which shall be the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

(2) The Secretariat shall assist the Tribunal in any matter relating to the functions of the Tribunal.
