PART II - LICENSING OF CERTIFICATION AUTHORITIES

Regulation 12. Renewal of licence.

(1) An application for the renewal of a licence shall be made in Form 1.

(2) An application under subregulation (1) shall be accompanied by -

(

) the prescribed fee; and

(

) the annual compliance audit report for the relevant year or years.
