DIGITAL SIGNATURE REGULATIONS 1998

PART X - RECOGNITION OF FOREIGN CERTIFICATION AUTHORITIES

Regulation 72. Application for recognition.

(1) An application for the recognition of a foreign certification authority shall be made to the Controller in writing.

(2) An application under subregulation (1) shall be accompanied by -

(

) proof that the requirements under regulation 71 have been satisfied, including a report from a qualified auditor certifying that the prescribed standards and technical requirements have been satisfied;

(

) the prescribed fee; and

(

) such other information or document as the Controller may require.
