Corrections of errors, referred to in section 23 of the Act, may be made by the Registrar either upon receipt of a request in writing in Form GI 12 with the prescribed fees and subject to such terms as he may consider appropriate, or on his own initiative. Any correction shall be communicated in writing to all interested persons, and, where considered necessary, shall be published by the Registrar.
