INDUSTRIAL DESIGNS REGULATIONS 1999
PART II - APPLICATION AND PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION OF INDUSTRIAL DESIGN

Regulation 22. Publication of contents of registration.

In addition to the matters to be published in the Gazette under subsection 22(2) , there shall also be published-

(a)

the particulars recorded in the Register under regulation 21;

(b)

a representation of the industrial design; and

(c)

any change in ownership of a registration under subregulation 26(1) with details on -

(i) the number of the application or registration, as the case may be, of the industrial design;

(ii) the filing date, the priority date, if any, and the date of registration;

(iii) the owner and the new owner; and

(iv) the nature of the change of ownership.
