Regulation 18. Register of Manufacturers of Optical Discs.

(1) The Controller shall keep and maintain a Register of Manufacturers of Optical Discs in the form prescribed in the Fourth Schedule.

(2) A person may inspect the Register during working hours and may make copies of or take extracts from the Register subject to the payment of the prescribed fees.
