(1) The Registrar shall notify in writing any party required to appear before the Board under section 51 (1) of the Act not later than one month before the date set for the appearance.

(2) Within one month from the date the Board makes its decision, and the Registrar shall notify the applicant, the licensor or the licensee, as the case may be, of the decision and shall record the decision in the Register setting out the following particulars:

(a) the name and address of the applicant;

(b) the date of filing of the application;

(c) the applicable statutory provision under which the application was made;

(d) the title of the patented invention;

(e) the number and date of the grant of the patent in question;

(f) the date and nature of the decision; and

(g) if a compulsory licence was granted, the particulars referred to in section 52 of the Act.
