PART II - APPLICATION AND PROCEDURE FOR GRANT AND DURATION OF PATENT.

Regulation 5. Application for Grant of Patent.

(1) An application shall contain

(a) a request for the grant of a patent;

(b) a description;

(d) a drawing or drawings, where required; and

(e) an abstract.

(2) The application shall be filed at the Patent Registration Office.
