PART VII- MISCELLANEOUS



Regulation 52. Service by post.

(1) Any notice, application or other document sent to the Registrar by post shall be deemed to have been given, made or filed at the time when it would have been delivered in the ordinary course of the post.

(2) For the purpose of proving that a notice, application or other document has been sent to the Registrar by post, it shall be sufficient to prove that the letter containing such notice, application, or other document was addressed sent by registered post.
