RADIOCOMMUNICATION (ADVERTISING) REGULATIONS 1985
(1) Every accredited agency purchasing airtime shall deposit with the Advertising Division either in the form of cash or banker's guarantee such sum of money as considered by the Advertising Division sufficient to cover the value of his total monthly bookings. If at any time the value of the total bookings exceeds the value of the cash deposit or banker's guarantee, the purchaser shall pay the excess in cash or give additional banker's guarantee within seven days from the date of notification by the Advertising Division.
(2) In the case of a purchaser who is not an accredited agency, unless the value of his booking of airtime does not exceed two hundred ringgit per month, he shall deposit with the Advertising Division, either in the form of cash or banker's guarantee, such sum of money as considered by the Advertising Division sufficient to cover the value of his total monthly bookings.
(3) Every banker's guarantee deposited shall be made valid for the whole period of accreditation.
