Neither the Government nor any officer of the Ministry of Information shall be responsible for any infringement of any law relating to copyright or patent rights in any works, material or broadcast matter or for any breach of any law arising out of the transmission and the purchaser shall indemnity the Government and the officer against any action, claim or demand pertaining to any such infringement.
