Regulation 15. Non - liability of Government etc.

Neither the Government nor any officer of the Ministry of Information shall incur any liability for or on account of or in respect of any loss or damage sustained by reason of any interruption or failure of transmission by reason of any installation or any failure or error in connection with the broadcast of any commercial.
