RADIOCOMMUNICATION (ADVERTISING) REGULATIONS 1985

Regulation 9. Application for accreditation and Certificate of Accreditation.

(1) Every application for accreditation shall be in the form prescribed in Part A of the Third Schedule.

(2) The Certificate of Accreditation issued under these Regulations shall be in the form prescribed in Part B of the Third Schedule.
