(1) Any person who advertised sale by cheap sale price in whatever form relating to goods at cheap sale price shall state in the advertisement the cheap sale registration number and the duration of the sale.

(2) Subject to regulation 8, no person shall advertise the amount of reduction in price at cheap sale price.
