TRADE MARKS REGULATIONS 1997

PART V - APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION

Regulation 24. Amendment of application.

Any request to amend an application for registration, whether or not the amendment is made to overcome an objection by the Registrar, shall be made on Form TM 26 accompanied by the prescribed fee.
