PART IX - ADVERTISEMENT OF APPLICATION

Regulation 36. Advertisement in other cases.

Advertisement under subsections 28(9), 44(2) and 44(4) of the Act shall be made in the same manner, mutatis mutandis, as advertisements relating to an application for registration.
