Airports Authority Act (No. 46 of 1979) - Sect 40

Director of Civil Aviation to be afforded access to airport

40. The Director of Civil Aviation and officers and servants authorized by him shall for the performance of their duties at all times be afforded free and unrestricted access to any airport managed or controlled by the Authority.
