| 5. The rules of the Federation in force at the time this Law conies into operation shall for all purposes be the rules of the Corporation: Provided, however, that nothing in this section contained shall be held or construed to prevent the Corporation at all times hereafter at a general meeting of the Corporation and by a majority of two-thirds of the members present and entitled to vote from making new rules or from altering, amending or adding to the existing rules or to rules which are hereafter made by the Corporation and the rules in force under this Law at any time shall be the rules so added to, replaced or amended up to that time. |
