Liabilities of and debts due to the Federation

6. All debts and liabilities of the said All Ceylon Buddhist Students' Federation, existing at the time of the coining into operation of this Law shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted, and ail debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the said Federation shall be paid to the said Corporation for the purposes of this Law.
